Offering a modern feel and experience aimed at the ‘Gen Z’ market, this new build hotel is located just outside Manchester airport and is the first of its kind in the UK under the TRIBE brand.
Once complete, the nine-storey, 12,300m2 hotel will feature 412 rooms and suites, restaurant and bar and a gym. As a key part of this Launch, were looking to recruit a Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join the hotel at it’s pre-opening stage ahead of a September 2024 launch.

A day in the life of…
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management of all aspects of the Restaurant team, as well as overseeing any events within the hotel. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.
Based in the Tribe at Manchester Airport you will be part of a team of passionate people who are set to open the latest exceptional hotel offering at Manchester Airport.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess previous food and beverage supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
