Do you have exceptional organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail? Do you have proven administrative experience within a fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Framework Manager who will support the Framework Managers by taking responsibility for the contract management and administrative tasks of selected frameworks within the Procurement Services portfolio.
The role will focus on increasing the Procurement Services’ portfolio of frameworks for use by organisations within the public sector, including schools, local government, NHS, blue light and third sector.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU -
- A good level of professionalism when representing Procurement Services
- Experience in conducting meetings with both internal colleagues and external suppliers/customers including planning, setting agendas, taking minutes and setting actions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
- Excellent communications skills both oral and written, to ensure clear and concise messaging is projected out to colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Ability to work as part of a team, contributing and collaborating with your team, sharing ideas and driving forward with business objectives
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Framework Managers in all aspects of proactive contract management of existing frameworks
- Collate and analyse spend reports received, identifying any accuracy issues
- Undertake supplier review meetings, set agendas, take minutes and follow up actions in line with framework KPI’s/SLA’s
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with supplier account managers within your framework portfolio
- Support Framework Managers in supplier and customer account management
