Meletos is a busy precinct encompassing an Italian inspired 100 seat boutique cafe, function spaces and exclusive accommodation.
Our team is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Assistant Front of House Manager by overseeing all aspects of our restaurant service. They will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, comfort, and efficiency for our valued guests. Reporting directly to the Venue Manager and Operational management team.
This role would suit an experienced Front of House Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities will include

  • Assist with day-to-day management of the restaurant and floor operations
  • Assist the venue manager with the recruitment, training & scheduling of the front of house team
  • Manage reservations and telephone enquiries where required

To be successful in this role you will:

  • A genuine passion for all things hospitality including
  • Exceptional service skills & understanding of what makes a guest’s experience
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment & manage tasks accordingly
  • Excellent personal presentation & strong communication skills
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety
  • Available and willing to work weekend, public holidays, opening & closing shifts.
  • 1 year’s restaurant management or supervisory experience required
  • Current RSA required.
