• Assist the Front Office Manager to ensure that the highest standards of guest service are achieved and maintained
• Maximise revenue and minimise costs to meet company budgets
• Manage the Dorsett Hotel Loyalty Program and affiliated programs
• Ensure all guest comment cards are distributed to relevant departments and respond to guests when required
• Assist with the people planning requirements including recruitment, rostering, training and development
