As our Assistant Front Office Manager at the Dorsett Hotel, you will continue to support and mentor the front office team to drive career growth and a positive work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager to ensure that the highest standards of guest service are achieved and maintained
- Maximise revenue and minimise costs to meet company budgets
- Manage the Dorsett Hotel Loyalty Program and affiliated programs
- Ensure all guest comment cards are distributed to relevant departments and respond to guests when required
- Assist with the people planning requirements including recruitment, rostering, training and development
