We have an exciting opportunity in our front office team as an Assistant Front Office Manager (Maternity Cover). You will be part of the Marriott family, serving as first point of contact and ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.

• Assist the Front Office Manager in administering Front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.
• Assist with the HR duties of the department including recruitment, performance reviews and training.
• Maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure compliance of brand standard throughout the operations.
• Empower hosts to provide excellent customer service and understand expectations
• Ensure the development of supervisors and hosts in order to promote in the future.
