Description:

Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company with offices in Australia (HQ), Belgium, Japan, Switzerland, and the United States. You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor of Laws/ JD/ LLM recognized within the Region
  • Admitted to practice law as lawyer in-house in location where based in Europe, Switzerland or the United Kingdom and current practising certificate where required by applicable jurisdiction for in-house practice
  • Legal right to work and live in Europe or the UK (in location where based)
  • 10+ years overall legal counsel or attorney legal experience (either at law firm or in-house)
  • At least 5 years in-house experience within the healthcare, biotech, medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record and ability to effectively lead a complex area of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills in English – French or other European language skills a plus

Responsibilities:

This is a high impact and critical lead counsel role which will serve as the head of legal and compliance:

  • For the newly created Medical Technologies global business unit worldwide (MedTech Business Unit) which is responsible for the worldwide development and commercialization of medical devices, artificial intelligence and digital software products and to enable other Precision Diagnostics and Therapeutics Commercialization Business Units support the end-to-end patient journey
  • Supporting global privacy, digital and information security implementation across the Group for any team
