• Oversee staff training, development, and performance evaluations.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the business.
