• Assist in managing all aspects of the restaurant or hotel operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food production standards and safety regulations.

• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
