Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the food and beverage in this busy Gastrobar
- To be hands on and assist in serving food and behind the bar when needed
- Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
- Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations.
- Manage team rosters, stock, costs, and budgets in line with company expectations.
- Lead your team effectively with on-going service standards training and personal development plans.
- Effectively lead the Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience.
- Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that communication is strong between the entire Restaurant Team and Kitchen.
