We’ve taken the traditional game and reinvented it for the 21st century with multiplayer games that eliminate any need for counting by reimagining games into fast-paced, exciting social experiences with action replays for ultimate bragging rights.
Flight Club is opening its first venue in the centre of Dublin, and we are looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join the pre-opening team to help deliver unforgettable experiences to our customers.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will assist in the overall running of the venue, helping to create a strong team who can deliver a memorable experience to all our guests.
THE JOB
As Assistant GM, you’ll be responsible for all operational aspects of the venue, working to ensure Flight Club Dublin achieves all our targets across the following areas
Guest Experience ratings
Financial targets
Food and Beverage GP’s
Ensure all staff are trained and mentored to the required standard
Ensuring consistent high standards of service and adherence to all statutory obligations (e.g. health & safety, food safety and Licensing Law) identifying areas for improvement and implementing new operating standards
Weekly rostering in line with agreed wage percentages and business levels
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring each assigned shift period delivers a high standard of service
