Description:

SCOPE OF THIS POSITION

Position will be responsible for managing/overseeing all F&B operations within the Riverview/Mahogany and La Tavola del Padrone rooms and Banquets
In preparing for this position, candidate ideally will have worked in at least the following departments or Restaurant Manager /Banquet Manager or Assistant Banquet Manager
Requires a minimum of 2 year(s) of supervisory experience.
Requires a minimum of 5 year(s) of experience.
This position reports to: Resorts Food and Beverage Director.
Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.
Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, holidays and week-ends.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Day to day running of the business smoothly, professionally and to set the utmost in high quality service.
Track record building outlet volume and average checks.
Experience with very busy Restaurant operations.
Experience implementing new F&B concepts.
Track record developing profitable F&B promotions.
Experience developing, costing, pricing, and merchandising menus.
Establish and maintain proper inventories.
Build beverage volume.
Good Knowledge of wines.
Good Knowledge of food.

LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to manage change effectively.
Ability to conceptualize the mission.
Provide leadership to position the Restaurants to achieve the mission.
Role model and provide leadership to the Restaurants to achieve their goals and objectives.

MANAGERIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Clear, concise written and verbal communication & administrative skills.
Set high professional standards for the smooth overall day to day operation of the business.
Dealing with gusts conflict
Preparing and processing all and any paper work in a timely efficient manner.
Oversee main bar area and cover when needed
Interview, evaluate and discipline staff
