WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic full-time Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading the creative and dynamic team at the historic Terroni Adelaide location in downtown Toronto. Terroni Adelaide is a beautiful and bustling 500+ seat, multi-level restaurant that also plays host to a variety of special events throughout the year, both large and small. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FOH manager to take their career to the next level. A communicative and strategic leader, the ideal candidate for this role will inspire both front and back of house teams to see the location succeed from a financial and people perspective and will have a minimum of four years FOH leadership experience in a full service casual fine dining restaurant. You will also bring a level of expertise and passion for managing private events and leading exceptional guest experiences for VIPs.

The Assistant General Manager brings a love of working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our guests. Reporting to the General Manager, the AGM is a collaborator who works together with the GM in taking responsibility for the overall success of the restaurant both from a financial perspective as well as from a customer service perspective. The AGM possesses exceptional leadership and organizational skills and is counted on to create and cultivate a positive, professional and inclusive work environment. This is a full time position with both day and night shifts and on weekends and holidays.
