Guests can enjoy our signature Italian dishes in our restaurants or take ingredients home from our delis to create their own Italian feasts. We also operate an online shop, delivering Italian delicacies straight to customers’ doors.
Behind the scenes, our Lina Cucina development kitchen is where the magic happens, as we prepare and perfect the high-quality Italian recipes that we’re famous for.

YOU ARE

An experienced, hardworking, and professional manager with a natural ability to lead and remain calm under pressure. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, while also passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You should have extensive experience in managing high-quality, fast-paced restaurants and be capable of running operations independently when required.

We are currently on the lookout for an Assistant General Manager to support the successful opening and ongoing operations of our new restaurant in Manchester. We want someone who embodies these values and brings them to life every day. The ideal candidate will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while adhering to company standards and guidelines. You will play a key role in building and developing a strong team, providing exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and sustainably.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including HR, financial management, and daily procedures
  • Managing restaurant procedures such as food & beverage operations, health & safety, food hygiene, and accounts
  • Creating and nurturing a resilient, high-performing team
  • Collaborating with the central support office to maximize sales through local marketing strategies
  • Controlling costs and ensuring profitability
  • Implementing and following instructions from the General Manager and headquarters to maintain high standards
