Reporting into the General Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the smooth and seamless running of the park, while providing excellent hands-on leadership and support to the team.

  • Working closely with the central people team you will recruit, induct, develop, and provide ongoing support to new Heads of Department.
  • Being an ambassador of our company values and nurturing and developing a positive work culture resulting in high performing and engaged teams.
  • Making sure the park operates to company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of operating methods of the park, as identified by the General Manager.
  • Effectively managing the development of our people, ensuring full utilisation of PI Reviews and personal development plans
