Assistant General Manager (Security Tech, Resiliency and Control)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in any field or professional certification in Security (CPP ASIS) / Business Continuity Management (BCCE)
• Min 8 years of relevant work experience in a managerial capacity in security or business continuity with focus on physical security systems and technology, emergency and crisis management, BCP, security controls and attestation
• Experience in implementation of modular physical security system and PSIM
• Experience in planning and running BCP exercises and drills
• Experience in Crisis Management, planning and running wall rooms and BCM escalations
• Experience in building global security controls for an end- to -end supervision and reportingExperience in commanding security incidents and crime scenes

• Plans, budgets, synergies and harmonizes global security system within the Group to ensure security system are updated and relevant to the Group current and future requirements
• Deputizes for the GM in his absence and lead the Group Security functions
• Leads the global security control and regulatory processes to ensure a robust reporting and regulated structure
• Works within the BCM secretariat to select, plan and conduct exercise based on operational risk impact
• Provides operational leadership to BCM secretariat to support ERT and CMT during emergencies and crisis
• Provides second line oversight to BCPs to counter major disruption and ensure their relevanciesPerforms any other duties and responsibilities assigned by GM Security
