- Support your General Manager and Head Chef in all aspect of running the restaurant, from driving the sales to managing your P&L
- Inspire and lead your team from the front, ensuring our guests have that WOW worthy experience
- Champion positive environment and deeply care about your team, driving their training and progression
- Show pride in ensuring each dish and each drink is served up to spec each and every time - as though Tommi made it herself!
