Are you a revenue management expert looking to elevate your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Join the Cliste team as our Assistant Group Revenue Manager and play a key role in driving our hotels’ revenue and growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will assist in crafting and execute revenue management strategies across multiple properties. Your mission is to optimize room occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR, and Total Revenue Per Available Room (TRevPAR), ensuring maximum profitability. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and hotel management teams to drive performance and meet business targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and monitor revenue management best practices.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to develop competitive pricing models.
- Manage relationships with Online Travel Agents (OTAs), ensuring accurate rate distribution and hotel content.
- Prepare and oversee financial forecasts, annual budgets, and performance reports.
- Provide training and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning, including weekly forecasts and monthly P&L reviews.
- Evaluate new revenue opportunities and support the implementation of innovative strategies.
