JOB OVERVIEW
Repton Dubai is seeking to appoint an Assistant Head of Boys Boarding to start August 2025.
The Assistant Head of Boys Boarding is responsible for the health, welfare, and safety of boarding students, acting as a direct link between parents and the school when on duty. You will support the Head of Boarding by keeping staff informed about student wellbeing and behavior. The role requires empathy, understanding, and a sense of humor, along with the ability to enforce rules fairly and consistently while actively supporting students’ personal development.
