ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant degree and teaching qualification
• Extensive experience teaching the National Curriculum for England (UK or international setting)
• Minimum of 8 years teaching experience with 5 years in a middle leadership role
• Proven track record of raising academic standards
• Strong understanding of international primary education

• Guide and support teaching staff in delivering innovative, engaging, and effective lessons
• Oversee assessment processes, tracking systems, and reporting procedures
• Lead professional development initiatives to build teaching capacity and share best practices
• Collaborate with subject leaders to ensure academic excellence across all areas
• Work with the inclusion team to ensure appropriate academic support and challenge for all learners
• Contribute to the school’s strategic planning and development
