Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the primary curriculum, ensuring coherence, progression, and high standards across all subject areas
- Monitor, evaluate, and enhance teaching and learning through regular observations, learning walks, and data analysis
- Guide and support teaching staff in delivering innovative, engaging, and effective lessons
- Oversee assessment processes, tracking systems, and reporting procedures
