ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the primary curriculum, ensuring coherence, progression, and high standards across all subject areas
  • Monitor, evaluate, and enhance teaching and learning through regular observations, learning walks, and data analysis
  • Guide and support teaching staff in delivering innovative, engaging, and effective lessons
  • Oversee assessment processes, tracking systems, and reporting procedures
  • Lead professional development initiatives to build teaching capacity and share best practices

  • Work with the inclusion team to ensure appropriate academic support and challenge for all learners
