Quality Hotel 33 is looking for an Assistant Head chef with a passion for cooking to join our team, be a leader and help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our culinary staff, you’ll prepare delicious, high-quality dishes, contributing to menu development, and ensuring food is presented at its best.

  • Culinary education, experience and formal practices could compensate for missing education.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing dishes in accordance with the procedures, routines and profitability goals that have been established.
  • Daily mise en place for a la carte, lunch and dinner.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, plating, IK-Mat, staffing and coaching.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste of all kinde.
    This is a permanent 100 % with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and Norwegian holidays.
