Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the executive team, coordinate corporate visits, manage events, and handle logistics. This role requires a highly organized individual with experience in event planning, budget management, and corporate communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of gifts, including managing budgets and suppliers.
- Organize and plan special plant visits, including logistics such as hotel reservations, transportation, and security protocols.
- Ensure necessary supplies and arrangements are in place for high-level visits and audits.
- Manage event planning, such as the annual directors’ meeting and holiday events, including venue reservations, logistics, and catering.
- Provide support for additional requests like filming, photography, and other corporate events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive support or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
