Candidate Specification :
Essential skills and experiences:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, or holding comparable qualifications in highway and / or linear infrastructure design;
- Good knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD or Bentley OpenRoads software;
- Good command of MS Office package;
- Communicative knowledge of written and spoken English and willingness to take active, regular part in English courses provided by our organisation;
- Ability to analyse and solve problems independently;
- Team player with professional and respectful approach towards others;
- Willingness to learn new skills and capabilities offered by our organisation including software, standards any more.
Desirable skills:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in highway design would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of 3D modelling software such as Autodesk Civil 3D is not a must but it would be considered as an advantage - we will invest in you.
Job Profile :
As an Assistant Highways Engineer, you will be involved in the design of roads of all classes and categories in 3D environment. You will be part of design team involved in preparation of highway models to high level of accuracy within BIM environment. You will liaise with designers and design teams on execution and delivery of international projects.
You will have chance to actively develop your knowledge of international design standards – we will invest in you.
You will be using advanced design software – Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads and others depending on your project requirements – we will invest in you.
