Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations. Ensure the seamless flow of service, from front-of-house to back-of-house.
  • Financial Optimisation: Manage budgets, track financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures while maintaining service quality.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Uphold and enhance the customer experience by ensuring that all interactions reflect the highest standards of hospitality.
