POSITION SUMMARY

As Assistant Housekeeping Manager at London Marriott Canary Wharf Hotel & Executive Apartments you will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the housekeeping department to maintain a high level on service and cleanliness.

• Support the Director of Services in the overall running of the housekeeping department
• Manage housekeeping department operations and budgets
• Ensuring our guests receive an immaculately-clean housekeeping experience on a daily basis
• Ensuring your team provides exceptional customer service
• Manages housekeeping inventory and assists in the ordering of supplies as necessary.
• Be responsible for the Health and Safety training of your team
• Support the training and development of our employees within their careers
• Oversees all lost and found procedures
• Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner
• Works effectively with the Engineering department on guest room maintenance needs
• Assists in supervising an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public spaces
