Description:

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Band 7, Assistant HR Business Partner to join the HRBP team on a 12-month fixed term contract. We are looking to recruit a dynamic and professional HR Business Partner who thrives working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with an ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities.
As one of the Business Partners you will provide professional HR advice and coaching to managers and support designated Trust-wide HR initiatives and projects as well as supporting the HR Business Partners in providing strategic HR focus to the Divisional Management Teams and their key stakeholders.

1.1 The purpose of this role is to support the HR Business Partners to provide comprehensive human resource (HR) support with regard to resourcing, organisational change, employee relations (ER) and terms and conditions of employment.
1.2 To provide professional HR advice and coaching to managers and support designated Trust-wide HR initiatives as agreed with the HR Business Partners and the Deputy Director of Workforce.
1.3 To support the HR Business Partners to provide strategic HR focus to the Divisional Management Teams and their key stakeholders and provide professional and organisational development service.
1.4 To proactively work with the Divisional Management Teams and HR Business Partners to support the forward planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce. The post holder will deputise for the HR Business Partners as required.

  • To work with the HR Business Partners to monitor performance in respect of compliance against HR key performance indicators and support management teams in addressing shortfalls.
  • Compile reports for the HRBP and Service Management Teams on HR activity, highlight and address any areas of concern in addition compile service specific reports and attend agreed service management meetings.
  • To receive and analyse information, to identify changes and improvements needed, plan and implement changes to improve performance.
  • To be responsible for the production and delivery of all mandatory data reporting including finalising Freedom of information (FOI) request, producing Trust wide Performance review group (PRG) reports and gender pay gap reporting
