Description:

ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and non-executive employees, including sourcing, initial screening, interviews, final selection up to offer stage.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand manpower needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring requirements.
  • Drive process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and elevate the job seeker experience.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards and present key insights to management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment activities with organizational goals.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and recuitment platforms.
  • Good verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • A strong relationship builder capable of engaging effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders.
