Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business Management, HR or equivalent
- Between 3 to 8 years of recruitment experience (in-house / agency), preferably in IT industry
- Meticulous and analytical
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure
- Passionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations in Singapore and/or Malaysia
- Pro-active & able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process in Singapore which include sourcing, facilitating interviews, reference checks, employment offer and negotiation of salary package
- Conduct full on-boarding process of new hires and orientation related activities
- Advertise positions via various platforms and execute innovative sourcing methods to identify the right candidate for the organization
- Review manpower requirements with the Hiring Manager and develop recruitment strategies to improve hiring process
- Develop strong relationship and work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruitment process
- Responsible for implementing new/revised policy in Malaysia
- Work closely with Malaysia HR personnel for HR related tasks
- Prepare Recruitment Status reports in Excel for Management reporting
- Support recruitment in Malaysia when required
- Assist in HR projects and other HR initiatives when required
