Description:

Oung Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function, focusing on full-spectrum HR operations, talent acquisition, and development. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction and healthcare industries to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 10 years of full-spectrum HR experience , with specialized knowledge in the construction and healthcare industries.
  • Strong expertise in Singapore Labour Laws; familiarity with Malaysian Labour Laws is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and talent development.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate in data management, and adept at handling HR analytics.
  • Willingness to visit project sites and engage with all levels of staff, including front-line teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work beyond normal working hours when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition and development strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage HR data with precision and accuracy, maintaining detailed records and reports.
  • Engage with front-line staff and project teams at site locations to support HR-related operations.
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices, including performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Handle work exigencies, including working beyond standard hours or weekends when necessary.
