Description:
Oung Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function, focusing on full-spectrum HR operations, talent acquisition, and development. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction and healthcare industries to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 10 years of full-spectrum HR experience , with specialized knowledge in the construction and healthcare industries.
- Strong expertise in Singapore Labour Laws; familiarity with Malaysian Labour Laws is an advantage.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and talent development.
- Detail-oriented, accurate in data management, and adept at handling HR analytics.
- Willingness to visit project sites and engage with all levels of staff, including front-line teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to work beyond normal working hours when required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and development strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage HR data with precision and accuracy, maintaining detailed records and reports.
- Engage with front-line staff and project teams at site locations to support HR-related operations.
- Provide guidance on HR best practices, including performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Handle work exigencies, including working beyond standard hours or weekends when necessary.
