As the Assistant IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT department’s operations and initiatives. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of IT infrastructure, systems, and technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of technology resources.

• Assist in the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and address IT-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist in managing IT budgets, expenditures, and procurement of technology resources.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
• Support the evaluation and recommendation of technology solutions and enhancements.
• Assist in monitoring and managing IT contracts and vendor relationships.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts.
• Assist in the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Contribute to technology awareness and training programs for colleagues.
• Assist in the assessment of emerging technology trends and their potential impact.
• Support IT projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of IT processes and systems.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and equipment.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
