Beyond opening new locations, we have been developing our retail business and aspire to bring our famous sauces to grocery stores nationwide.
For our Assistant Kitchen Managers (Sous Chefs), that growth presents opportunities to grow into Kitchen Manager and eventually operations/regional management-level roles, travel to open locations in new markets, with a special focus on training, developing and mentoring future leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of full-service kitchen management experience.
  • Warm, friendly, focused, professional, inclusive disposition and presence.
