Job Description
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

Training Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist in identifying the training needs of the hotel.
  • Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the hotel on an ongoing basis.

Training Operations:

  • Deliver hotel-wide training courses for all employees.
  • Train and support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department trainees.
  • Lead the Orientation process for all new employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in English and computer literate.
  • Strong skills in driving for results.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong skills in people management and development.
