About your new Role

This role is all about helping manage property loans. And the below activity is something that is very familiar to you:

• Prepare loan documents ready for issue and variation memos.
• Ensuring that loan settlements go smoothly.
• Maintain and update cash flow forecasts for each loan.
• Stakeholder engagement, including working with lawyers etc.
• Ensuring that everything associated with the loan meets auditing and compliance.
• Finance forecasting
