Assistant Logistics Operation Manager (Sports)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics operations in collaboration with stakeholders to align with business strategies and prevent sales loss.
• Manage logistics operations, including trade and delivery control, warehouse operations, and logistics management.
• Manage logistics for all SEA countries (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia).
• Collect and plan monthly outbound/return forecasts.
• Track on-time delivery (inbound & outbound).
• Manage regional transfer actions (exports & imports).
• Monitor production/delivery schedules and update stakeholders.
• Address and resolve irregular events to meet product launch dates.
• Ensure smooth customs clearance by understanding trading laws and regulations.
• Manage sales samples and uniform delivery status.
• Report inventory excesses or shortages.
• Propose logistics simulations to support business growth.
• Manage logistics flow, including warehouse operations, receiving, order processing, shipping, and returns.
• Partner with logistics providers for continuous improvement and KPI achievement.
• Oversee disposal processes and assist in logistics partner contracts.
• Conduct logistics management meetings to meet delivery dates.
• Optimize logistics management through forecast and sales order balancing.
• Manage logistics costs and invoices.
• Develop logistics strategies and analyze performance across retail, EC, and wholesale channels.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in logistics/supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of SEA trading laws and regulations.Bachelor’s Degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
