Responsibilities:
- You’ll contribute to the development of our future customer loyalty propositions, working with external partners and cross functional stakeholders across marketing, trading, operations, digital and our IT development teams
- You’ll review and learn from competitor loyalty schemes to shape our plans, and champion and share competitor insights in the loyalty team
- You’ll bring thinking and creativity to creating, championing and launching new propositions, ensuring successful customer rollout and business adoption. Leading delivery of customer launches, tests and campaigns, and working with our customer marketing team and other cross functional teams to embed new capabilities in our ways of working
- You’ll optimise and evaluate results and optimise performance against key KPIs across all projects
- You’ll manage development budgets and processes
