Description:
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and follows up on Task Assignments with a keen Eye for Detail and Efficiency.
- Executes Tasks as directed by the Director of Engineering, ensuring ‘FIVE-Star’ Quality and Adherence to FIVE’s standards.
- Prioritises and Sets Goals to Streamline operations, providing Timely follow-ups to ensure objectives are met.
- Supervises Shift Attendance with Precision, aligning staffing levels with FIVE’s dynamic demands.
- Assesses and Responds to ‘FIVERs’ Performance, offering Constructive Feedback and Recognising exceptional skills.
- Cultivates Skill Development within the FIVE Tribe, highlighting Opportunities for enhancement and growth.
- Develops and oversees Routine Shift Schedules and Programmes for Building Systems and Equipment.
- Assists in crafting and refining Preventive Maintenance Programmes to ensure Optimal functionality and longevity of equipment.
- Monitors and responds to equipment usage and energy efficiency, making Informed recommendations for Improvements.
- Oversees work Quality and Programme Effectiveness, implementing Enhancements to maintain sensational standards.
- Tracks utility consumption, maintaining Detailed Records and investigating any Anomalies to ensure efficient usage.
- Supervises ‘FIVERs’ to Uphold Energy Efficiency Measures and Drive sustainable practices.
- Contributes to the Development of a comprehensive utility service disruption Contingency Plan, implementing it as necessary.
- Oversees the Condition of the building structure, systems, equipment, and maintenance conditions in various Hotel areas including Guest Rooms, Public Spaces, and Service Areas.
- Monitors and Assesses the Performance and Quality of on-site contractor work, ensuring it meets FIVE’s exacting standards.
