Khadamat Facilities Management LLC is a joint venture (JV) company formed to operate and provide Integrated Facilities Management Services to the new United Arab Emirates University in Al Ain.

Your Opportunity
Khadamat are looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager who will support the Portfolio Estates Manager in the effective management and delivery of Estates Management Services. This role involves overseeing the daily operational aspects of Hard FM services, engaging with key customers, and enhancing customer experiences. The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing maintenance activities, including planned, preventative, and reactive/corrective tasks, as well as overseeing building fabric, MEP, and specialist systems. They ensure the efficient use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and manage life cycle processes, including the upkeep of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and the technical library.
