The Paskin Group is looking to hire an Assistant Maintenance technician to help us maintain our properties. We are looking for a multisite technician for our four multifamily properties located in the Cherry Creek and Lohi areas of Denver. Are you a detail oriented worker with the desire to make an impact? This maintenance tech position earns a competitive wage of $25-$27/hour, depending on experience. We also have an employee rent concession available after 90 days, which increases with tenure. We split renewal commissions across onsite staff, and have additional bonus and incentive opportunities as well! Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• HVAC and pool certified
• Experience using a variety of tools and equipment
• Experience reading blueprints and various other architectural documents
• Experience identifying, reviewing, and obtaining bids on projects in need of supervision from outside contractors
• Experience maintaining files and keeping inventory of supplies
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform other physical duties
• Ability to give and receive instructions
