KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience working as an Assistant Management Accountant in a group reporting function, would be ideal but not essential
- Understanding of accounting double entry and terminology
- Experienced with accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of communicating complex finance information to none-finance people.
- Ideally part qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the completion of any accrual / prepayments required in relation to the Property companies
- Completing inter-company reconciliations regularly to ensure balances agree between companies
- Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations as directed
- Ensuring bank payment and bank receipt journals are processed for rental receipts and payments, ensuring all related documents are gained
- Completing Bank reconciliations
- Completing cashflow analysis
- Maintaining utility schedules for management companies
- Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns
- Providing evidence of transactions for external auditors
- Recharging of any ad-hoc payments made on behalf of another group company
- Completing analysis for various stakeholders across the business
- Working with Village Managers to talk through financial metrics with residents
- Carrying out adhoc finance administrative tasks.
