My client is currently looking for a driven manager to come into their branch and make an instant impact. Our client, has over 500 locations, has built a reputation that customers can trust through offering best price and availability.
As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in leading and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed sales targets through building strong working relationships with customers. In your General Managers absence, you will confidently be able to ensure the smooth running of the store.

As our clients Assistant Manager, you will:

• Support your General Manager in the day to day operations as well as provide cover in your General Manager’s absence.
• Embrace and promote our client unique selling points
• Maintain a safe working environment, in line with Health and Safety Regulations.
• Deliver results by contributing to profitability and sales turnover.
• Use your excellent communication skills to develop customer relationship.
• To have a good understanding of the financial controls.
• To directly communicate with Senior and Area Managers as appropriate in the absence of the General Manager.
• To assist in the return of acceptable stock inventory results in line with company targets
