ASSISTANT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY – FULL-TIME, SHEFFIELD – UP TO £32,000 + COMMISSION

In this full-time role, you’ll support the Showroom Manager in driving sales, maintaining high service standards, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll oversee showroom layout, manage staff, and ensure the team is up to date with the latest product ranges and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong verbal, written, and numerical literacy.
• Relevant experience in a similar customer-facing environment, with a focus on premium products.

• Support in managing showroom merchandising and staffing to optimize customer experience.
• Monitor and protect company assets, taking swift action against shoplifting or fraud.
• Uphold staff discipline and apply company policies effectively.
