QUALIFICATIONS:
- Financial Background: A solid understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Experience with Sage: Proficiency in using Sage for financial management.
- Project Management Skills: Experience in project allocation and tracking.
- Residential Tenancy: Knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Board guidelines
- Grant Writing Experience: Experience or interest in writing grant proposals.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations and maintain accurate financial records. Proficiency in Sage and Excel is required.
- Project Allocation & Tracking: Manage financial project allocation and tracking to ensure financial integrity of each project.
- Grant Writing: Research, write, and submit grant proposals to secure funding for various projects and initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and assist in daily operations with tenants.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support the organization’s mission and objectives.
