JOB DESCRIPTION

• Act as a bridge between DGF Operations, service providers, airlines and GHA.
• Liaise and coordinate with all related departments to maintain congenial working relationship and teamwork.
• Resolve issues on ground and provide instructions to the Service Provider to proceed.
• Oversee Operations (BAUs) and maintain effective control of contractors/vendor to ensure compliance with operating procedures.
• Determine Warehouse operating standards, develop appropriate systems and determine manpower usage and requirements.
• Hypercare Key Accounts; To supervise packing and repacking of cargo whenever required.
• Provide Off Site Supervision/Assistance (if required – Sensitive Cargo, stock take, packing)
• Validate and raise CAPA to internal/external stakeholders.
• Performing daily facility & safety checks, ensure proper housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Represent the dept for any internal or customer audits (Act as dept quality representative)
• Conduct daily MHE/Facility maintenance checks and highlight to site tech if any repairs required.
• Arrange of support/ad-hoc trucks and vendors in the even the main vendor is unable to fulfil.
• Involved in customer CIP and implementation in the ground.
• Involved in vendors QBR & Provide vendor performance for vendor Scorecard.
• Monitor & collate customer packing material ordering.
• Verify vendor invoices / submit customer invoices request (Weekly / Monthly)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in freight, warehousing or related
• Diploma/ Degree in any field
• Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate & support different stakeholders
• Location of office at Alps Avenue
• In cases of manpower resources down, this position may be activated to work night/weekend/PH shift duty on adhoc basis only.
