Description:
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
This role is responsible for maximising the Sales, profitability of the European Retail & Franchise Organisation by supporting commercial strategies for the defined business unit. Work closely with the (Senior) Manager A&R to ensure that A&R reflects the best commercial stock decision in our concept stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the initial allocation by working closely with Business Development and Merchandisers.
- Support managing the replenishment and forecasting to reduce out of stock in store
- Responsible to ensure that option in store reflects the pre-season planned options and in season changes based on latest trends
- Identify and act on business opportunities based on sell-through result and commercial calendar.
- Review product performance on store level and provide insights to the team on findings & recommendations
- Manage week’s cover and availability to maximize product efficiency.
- Track product launch by store and review results reviewing for risks and opportunities.
- Support the execution of the EOSS/MSS strategy in regards to stock and returns
- Support the improvement of all merchandising systems and tools.
- Build up key relationships with clusters

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Very good skills in Excel
- Advanced MS Office skills
- SAP Retail, SAP F&R is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Good understanding of retail management systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured, organised and process-orientated
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree and/or commercial training in the area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales are preferred
- Merchandising experience: 2+ years
- Experience in store operations, Finance, Supply Chain or Logistics
