Role Description:
As we continue to grow, we are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager, Analytics Business Management & Strategy for the Analytics business. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Analytics Business Management & Strategy.
A successful candidate will have a positive demeanor to learning, attention to detail, a forward-looking vision for the evolution of the analytics market, and an eagerness to launch differentiating products to clients. Within this role, you would be expected to support the launch of new products and enhancements for the entire Analytics business as well drive operational efficiency as part of the Analytics Business Management & Strategy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution through effective GTM project planning to ensure successful and timely delivery of new products and product improvements to our target clients.
- Collaborate closely with a variety of partners such as Proposition, Product, Research, Development, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales and Client Support teams to ensure tight alignment, effective planning and execution of the commercialisation plans.
- Acquire good understanding of all product lines and commercial policies across our business, and strive to support, document and drive commercialisation strategies forward.
- Frequently communicate updates around Go-To-Market to the Analytics team and wider organisation, through both written and verbal communication
- Work closely with Design, Proposition, Product Customer Strategy teams on various pilot programs and early access programs to ensure feedback loops are being established while the various requirements (such as legal NDAs etc) are looked after.
- Drive transformational business operational processes forward, which are required to be undertaking to ensure tighter alignment of the Analytics business with the wider organisation.
- Lead documentation and governance processes including business requirement documents, GTM project status updates, implementation strategies, sales support documentation, client feedback, and product release notes.
- Build a strong understanding of analytics, industry trends and the evolving role analytics play with clients.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Business Management, Project Management, Commercial Delivery or Sales Related Role within the financial industry preferred.
- Considerable teamwork experience, including at a senior level and across various functions and business areas.
- Positive demeanor to learning, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise and run projects effectively
- Consistently deliver timely and high quality of work
- Works well individually, but also as part of a team
- Able to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously, whilst preserving quality of delivery
- Ability to articulate and translate ideas into audience appropriate communication
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a dedication to excellence and a positive approach to solving problems
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Experience with Asana is a bonus
