Description:

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Assist in the preparation and implementation of the European Account Marketing and product assortment plan that delivers significant business growth and improvement in our Brand Health KPIs working in close co-operation with the Key Account Sales Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with category merchandizing and sales, support executing the product vision and proposition within the AKA ensuring brand and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Within the identified AKA, execute the optimum category / product assortment to deliver against the targets
  • Assist in the range proposition process from virtual download to sales launch, ensuring a smooth account interaction process
  • Create seasonal product roll-out calendar incorporating all relevant categories and franchises in partnership with account activation team
  • Support sales and share growth, ensuring all commercial and strategic goals are met
  • Understand range needs from all European market countries and channels for the specific account and collaborate with BU, Cluster merchandising and other AKA merchandising teams
  • Provide regular analysis of sell-through performance to the relevant category teams and contribute to strategic planning based on that analysis
  • Be the product marketing point of contact, both internally and externally for relevant categories and ensure master data quality
  • Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure the efficiency and commercial success of the range season over season
  • Collaborate with Partner Program team and European Demand Planning & Finance functions as appropriate
  • Understand the European consumer retail environment including distribution points, share of buy, competitor ranges and pricing strategies
  • Secure visibility of account range proposition to relevant country and global teams through systems management and communication process

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate level Marketing
  • University degree in business preferred, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional experience in Category Management/ Ranging/ Merchandising Experience or Account Marketing / Sales: min. 1 year
