Description:
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Economics or related field
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the banking industry
- Solid working knowledge of existing and developing Industry Standards and Banking Regulations.
- Experience on successful project management on banking projects an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong project management skills including developing, managing and implementing plans aligned to business objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of banking industry trends.
- Exceptional communications skills across all levels of stakeholders with strong negotiation and moderating skills.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills on proposals.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities:
- Planning and Management
1.1 Be an alliance partner and advocate in driving synergies and efficiencies between government policies and the banking industry’s diversities so as to help shape the future direction of the banking industry.
1.2 To oversee and be accountable for the successful completion of banking industry projects; including planning, executing and monitoring.
1.3 Identify banking industry solutions and opportunities to improve both the Banking industry and ABS organizational performance.
1.4 Demonstrate a bias for action and independent judgment in taking the lead on all banking industry initiatives and to facilitate and moderate meetings to drive results with effective management and alignment of objectives across all levels of stakeholders and the executive level project sponsor.
1.5 Evaluate and recommend solutions and agreements proposed by vendors and partners.
1.6 Provide timely reviews and reports for senior management on projects status, issues, and escalations and recommend solutions.
1.7 Provide insightful analysis of projects reviews and prepare best in class reports, dashboards and presentation materials across all levels of stakeholders.
1.8 Manage budget and project timeline effectively. - Leadership and Management
2.1 Leverage industry knowledge and be a thought leader and credible alliance partner to member banks and MAS; contributing to key banking industry strategies to fuel economic growth and value creation for the industry.
2.2 Manage key stakeholders across all levels and work closely with senior leaders from the industry; driving results and achieving positive engagement and relationship.
