Overview: We are looking specifically for someone with management skills. Experience is an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate. We have a great manager in place and you would be required to work alongside with her. A great attitude and being willing to learn is very important in this role!! Duties: - Provide professional hair styling services to clients, including haircuts, trims, and beard grooming - Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and offer expert advice on suitable styles - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Sanitize tools and equipment after each use to ensure a safe and hygienic environment - Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling payments - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have Skills: - Strong proficiency in hair styling techniques for mostly male clientele - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Knowledge of sanitation practices for maintaining a clean and safe salon environment - Experience with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments - Effective communication skills to understand clients' needs and provide appropriate recommendations - Familiarity with retail sales of hair care products is a plus If you are a talented Barber/Stylist looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic salon environment, we invite you to apply. Pay: From $20.00 per hour
