Description:
Boost Juice Bars is looking for an Assistant Manager for our store in Meadowhall, Sheffield, paying up to £26k with the opportunity to earn an additional 12.5% bonus each month.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
a) Have experience in a similar role with a record of successfully managing teams in a food retail environment.
b) Can demonstrate skills in coaching and team motivation.
c) Have a track record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
d) Can deliver an amazing experience to customers both personally and through the team.
e) Reliable, a team player and an operationally confident hands-on leader
f) Always ready to take on the next great challenge
