Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our new opening team at Cabo, an exciting new concept coming to Edinburgh this summer. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in managing staff and coordinating a smooth service style within the brand standards
- Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Help in managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Provide leadership and guidance to all staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Assist in training new employees on procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant setting
- An outgoing and passionate personality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a restaurant and kitchen environment
- A passion for delivering high-quality hospitality services

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
