Responsibilities:
- Administrate all aspects of the European compensation programs in the organization, including vital processes such as compensation planning, annual salary reviews, management incentive bonuses, and discretionary bonuses. Ensure that these processes are streamlined and aligned with the values and expectations of our dynamic workforce.
- Lead the Kia Recognition Program: Spearhead the Kia Inspiration Award, a platform designed to celebrate and reward the outstanding contributions of our employees and enhance peer-to-peer recognition.
- Keep a close eye on trends shaping the European market landscape: Continuously refine our Compensation Benefits system to enhance its effectiveness and relevance; engage with key stakeholders to stay informed about significant changes and emerging trends in Europe, ensuring that our programs remain competitive and attractive to young talent.
- Conduct salary analysis against external benchmark data and participate in external salary surveys.
- Perform routine grading assessments.
- Enhance transparency through communication: Prepare clear and transparent communications to employees regarding salary reviews, bonus results, and recognition program ceremonies. Foster transparency and openness in each process, empowering employees with the information they need to understand and appreciate their compensation packages.
- Support heads of people organization in the countries for basic questions related to compensation processes; serve as a resource for employees seeking clarification or guidance on compensation-related matters, reinforcing our commitment to supporting and empowering our workforce.
